Trim Levels
The four-door Honda fit comes in four trim levels: LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L. All of the trims have a hatchback. Each model is 161.4 inches in length except for the Sport. It is 161.8 inches. Two-speed intermittent windshield wipers are standard on the LX and Sport trims. The EX and EX-L models come with variable intermittent windshield wipers. All four trims have a rear window wiper and washer. Sport owners enjoy an underbody spoiler and a chrome finish.
Engine
All four trims of the Honda Fit have an in-line four-cylinder engine. The engine has a maximum rpm of 6800. The Fit comes standard with an Eco Assist System. The CVT version of the LX, Sport, and EX have an ECON button. This is a standard feature of the EX-L.
Performance
A six-speed manual transmission is standard in the LX, Sport, and EX. Each model has an available Countiously Variable Transmission in the Sport mode. Dual-mode paddle shifters are available for the Sport and EX and come standard in the EX-L. This vehicle comes with electric power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. There is also a front stabilizer bar in the car.
Interior
The Fit has plenty of interior features that will keep you and your passengers comfortable. The back seat is a 60/40 Split second-row Magic Seat. Drivers of the EX-L trim also enjoy heated front seats. The seats in this model are also leather trimmed. Air conditioning and cruise control come standard in all Fit models. You can keep electronics charged and ready to go with the 12-volt power outlets in the front and center console. The steering wheel has illuminated controls so that you can easily control the radio. When it comes to technology, the Fit includes Bluetooth HandsFree Link with streaming audio. The HondaLink system is in all of the trims except for the LX. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities are also available in the Sport, EX, and EX-L. All three are also compatible with Pandora and SMS Text Message Function. Sirius XM Radio is available in the EX and EX-L.
Safety Features
The Honda Fit comes standard with power-assisted ventilated front disc brakes. There are also power-assisted rear drum brakes to slow the car safely. A lane keeping assist system is standard in the EX and EX-L, and it's available for the LX and Sport CVT. Honda Lane Watch is also available for the EX and EX-L. A forward collision warning is standard for the EX, EX-L, and CVT versions of the LX and Sport. There is also a road departure mitigation system that comes standard in the EX and EX-L. This system is also available for the CVT trims of the LX and Sport.
