- Are their appraisals written, signed and good for 10 days?
- Are accessory prices firm and in writing? Is a list available for you to see?
- Is their "low payment" a lease or purchase payment? Or is it an "extended" 6 or 7 year term?
- Do they offer a preset price on Extended Service Contracts?
- Do they offer a no-questions-asked return policy! Is the policy in writing?
- Do they offer a price, payment and interest rate? Without a commitment to buy? With no hassle and no haggling?
