Let me just say that this was the most positive new car buying experience I've had. Frank Gamez was awesome and very knowledgeable about the CR-V that I was purchasing, and he was not pushy at all. I like knowing that there is no haggling back and forth as it takes pressure off both parties. If that appeals to you, Gunn is the place. I believe their prices are fair, and it's nice also knowing the salesmen are salary-based and not full commission. You can tell the salesmen have less "commission pressure," but still give you outstanding service. Mike Lentz was superb in finishing out our buying experience, and we really enjoyed the tour of the dealership which made us feel important. Frank Avila was also great in F&I, and he made all the paperwork go smoothly. Great job you all, and I'll be coming back to Gunn for all my cars!!
